Weather Forecast: Light rains expected in Balkan velayat, night temperatures to rise
According to data from the Hydrometeorology Service of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, from July 6 to 12, due to the influx of humid air currents from the southwest, light rains are expected in the Balkan velayat, along with a rise in nighttime temperatures.
In Ashgabat: Mostly clear. Winds will shift from northwest to east, at speeds of 10–13 meters per second, with gusts up to 14–16 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from +24...+26°C to +27...+29°C; daytime temperatures will range from +37...+39°C to +40...+42°C.
In Balkan velayat: Partly cloudy, with light rain expected in the second half of the week. Winds will shift from northwest to southeast, at speeds of 9–14 meters per second, with gusts up to 12–17 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from +20...+25°C to +24...+29°C; daytime temperatures will be +37...+42°C, and +30...+35°C in the coastal districts.
In Ahal velayat: Mostly clear. Winds will shift from northwest to east, at speeds of 8–13 meters per second, with gusts up to 11–16 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from +21...+26°C to +25...+30°C; daytime temperatures will range from +34...+39°C to +38...+43°C.
In Mary velayat: Mostly clear. North-easterly winds at speeds of 7–12 meters per second, with gusts up to 11–16 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from +20...+25°C to +24...+29°C; daytime temperatures will range from +34...+39°C to +38...+43°C.
In Lebap velayat: Mostly clear. North-easterly winds at speeds of 8–13 meters per second, with gusts up to 11–16 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from +19...+24°C to +24...+29°C; daytime temperatures will range from +33...+38°C to +38...+43°C.
In Dashoguz velayat: Mostly clear, with partly cloudy conditions expected at the beginning of the week. North-easterly winds at speeds of 7–12 meters per second, with gusts up to 10–15 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from +19...+24°C to +22...+27°C; daytime temperatures will range from +32...+37°C to +37...+42°C.
