President Serdar Berdimuhamedov departed for the Republic of Kazakhstan on a working visit

The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov departed for a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the Regional Environmental Summit and the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of State-Founders of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, reporting IIC.

For his departure to Kazakhstan, the Turkmen leader arrived at the International Airport of the capital. At the airport, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was seen off by officials.

A few hours later, the plane of the President of Turkmenistan landed at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana. Honor Guards lined both sides of the red carpet.

At the airport, decorated with the national flags of the Summit participating countries, the Head of state was warmly welcomed by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov and members of the Kazakh delegation.

The working visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Kazakhstan is currently ongoing.
