🌷 Nature news: Giant rhubarb in Archabil gorge and Tulip festival in St. Petersburg

The natural world never ceases to amaze with its wonders and scenic splendor. One such unique phenomenon was recently recorded in the Archabil Gorge, one of the most picturesque corners of Turkmenistan. A rare specimen of a medicinal plant—rhubarb—was discovered here, with a leaf diameter exceeding 80 centimeters. As is well known, four species of rhubarb grow in our country, and the majority of them are concentrated precisely in this area. This find, which sets a unique record, once again vividly confirms the richness and uniqueness of our domestic flora.

Meanwhile, a large-scale celebration of floristry has unfolded in the Russian Federation. St. Petersburg is hosting the 14th Tulip Festival, which has drawn a record number of participants and visitors. More than 226,000 bulbs were planted specifically for this season, surpassing all figures from previous years. The colorful event, which opened its doors in mid-May, offers true aesthetic pleasure to nature lovers through its grandiose floral arrangements.

These two events, though separated by thousands of kilometers, beautifully capture and unite the most vibrant moments and charm of the current spring season.
