Scientific foundations of climate law established in Turkmenistan: New monograph published

The publication of the monograph by Yolbars Kepbanov marks a new milestone in the development of legal science in Turkmenistan. The study, titled "Legal Foundations of Climate Resilience," provides a detailed exploration of the evolution of national legislation within the context of global environmental challenges. This book was published by the "Ylym" publishing house.
