Results of the "Marine Mammals through the eyes of children" competition announced in Ashgabat

On February 16, 2024, Ashgabat hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the creative competition "Marine mammals through the eyes of children." The environmental project, dedicated to World Marine Mammals Protection Day, was organized by the "Young Naturalist" public organization and the Children's Fund of Turkmenistan under the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization.

Schoolchildren from all over the country submitted drawings and crafts dedicated to aquatic ecosystem inhabitants and the protection of the Caspian seal. The organizers presented diplomas and gifts to the winners, noting the importance of such initiatives in building environmental awareness among youth.
