• Balkan Velayat: Variable cloudiness with rain during the first half of the week. Northwesterly winds shifting to southeasterly at 9–14 m/s, with gusts up to 12–17 m/s. Temperatures: night +8...+18°C, day +27...+32°C (coastal areas +16...+21°C).
