• Balkan Velayat: Variable cloudiness with rain. Winds shifting from east to northwest at 9–14 m/s, reaching 12–17 m/s. Temperatures: night +11...+16°C to +14...+19°C; day +26...+31°C (coastal areas +20...+25°C).
