"Hopes of a green future" festival takes place

On April 23, the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Turkmenistan, the "Young Naturalist" public organization, and the Joint Turkmen-Turkish School hosted an environmental festival titled "Hopes of a Green Future."

The event was dedicated to the International Day of Zero Waste. Its primary goal was to foster environmental awareness among the younger generation. The organizers clearly demonstrated to the children the importance of protecting nature, methods for reducing waste, and practical skills for recycling materials.

A rich program was arranged for the participants at the Joint Turkmen-Turkish School, featuring educational games, an interactive eco-quest, waste recycling masterclasses, and an exhibition-contest of crafts made from recycled materials, where the children proudly displayed their unique creative works.

This festival brought together more than a thousand nature lovers.
